Advisory : Please do not carry satellite phones while visiting India

All the foreign nationals (including Russians) visiting India may bring this to their notice that they should not carry any kind of satellite phones with them. It is strictly prohibited and doing this is a punishable offence.

2. Satellite phones brought in baggage/ hand baggage without the necessary license issued by Department of Telecommunications (DoT), Government of India, shall be detained/ confiscated, as per existing procedures. Unauthorized operation/ use of any telegraphic service / device, including wireless, constitutes a violation of relevant laws, rules and regulations of the Government of India.

3. Thuraya Satphone Service is not permitted in India. Anyone using any prohibited telegraphic device, including Satphone, violates the existing laws and is liable to be penalized under the law.

�'сем иностранным гражданам (в том числе Россиянам), посещающим Индию, следует принять к сведению то, что им не следует брать с собой какие-либо спутниковые телефоны. Это строго запрещено, и является наказуемым преступлением.

2. Спутниковые телефоны, провезенные в багаже / ручной клади без необходимой лицензии, выданной �"епартаментом связи Правительства Индии, должны быть изъяты / конфискованы в соответствии с существующими процедурами. Несанкционированная эксплуатация / использование любого телеграфного сервиса / устройства, в том числе беспроводного, представляет собой нарушение соответствующих законов, правил и положений Правительства Индии.

3. Служба технической поддержки Thuraya Satphone Service запрещена в Индии. Лицо, использующее любое запрещенное телеграфное устройство, включая Satphone, нарушает существующие законы и подлежит наказанию в соответствии с законодательством.

M/s BLS International, located at Novy Arbat 2, 4th Floor, Room No. 412, Moscow, is the only authorized Indian Visa Application Centre (IVAC) in Moscow. No other centre or company or agent has been authorized by the Embassy to deal with Indian visa applications. Any approach by individuals or organizations claiming to facilitate visa applications or charging visa fee above the actual amount mentioned in the IVAC website (http://www.blsindia-russia.com) may be reported to the Embassy at cons[dot]moscow[at]mea[dot]gov[dot]in or +7 (495) 7837535 Extn.(281).

2. The IVAC has also been permitted to introduce the following Value Added Services to applicants, which is purely optional, at the approved rates as mentioned below:-

3. No additional services are permitted other than those mentioned above.
