Ayurveda Day - 2024 Celebrations

On the occasion of the 9th Ayurveda Day on October 29th, 2024, CGI Vladivostok celebrated by conducting an awareness session on the theme of ‘Ayurveda for Workplace Wellness’, importance of ‘Ayurveda Aahar’ and Professor Ayushman Comic which illustrates the benefits of ayurvedic herbs. The post invited participants to learn about Ayurvedic Navratnas - the knowledge that contributes to global health and sustainable well-being and disseminated it widely in Russian language.
