The 10th International Day of Yoga - Ussuriysk, Primorsky Krai

On 30th June in Ussuriysk (Primorsky Krai), the 10th International Day of Yoga was celebrated in the Raduzhny Sports and Recreation Park within Prim Yoga Fest 2024. Yoga master-classes were conducted by instructors in the following yoga styles: Hatha Yoga, Nada Yoga, Yoga Nidra with singing bowls, Surya Namaskar, use of Sadhu Board. The festival also included song, dance and dramatic performances. The participants also engaged in master classes, lectures, chanting of mantras, mehendi and also tasted various dishes of Indian cuisine. The Consul General of India in Vladivostok and his spouse attended the festival.
