The 10th International Day of Yoga - Blagoveshchensk, Amur Oblast

On 22nd and 23rd June, Blagoveshchensk (Amur Region) hosted the Solstice City Festival of Self-Discovery and Healthy Lifestyle(Blago Fest), during which the 10th International Day of Yoga was celebrated. There were more than 50 different attractions at the festival: from yoga to tea ceremony. Yoga was the main event of the festival which included breathing, meditation sessions and masterclasses on various yoga styles.
