The 10th International Day of Yoga - Ulan-Ude, Republic of Buryatia

The 10th International Day of Yoga was celebrated on 23rd June in Ulan-Ude, Republic of Buryatia, in the Park named after Oreshkov. For the participants, There were yoga practice sessions, meditation sessions and breathing exercises on the stage and in the pavilion of the park. Yoga practice for children was also held during the event along with lecture on dynamic kriya yoga and its practice, hatha yoga practice for beginners was also conducted among others.
