The 10th International Day of Yoga - Komsomolsk-on-Amur, Khabarovsk Krai

With the support of the Consulate General of India in Vladivostok, on 23rd June, Komsomolsk-on-Amur (Khabarovsk Krai) celebrated the 10th International Day of Yoga. The event was held near the Youth House(Dom Molodyozhi). Yoga instructors demonstrated basic yoga asanas, informed the beneficial effects of the asanas, introduced the participants to breathing and healing techniques. The programme also included meditation sessions, a concert and a quiz.
